Hydrofoil components are checked against the agreed design and test requirements. In our structural test, the tested hydrofoil structure completed a 350 kg load test with no damage. Carbon-fiber flat-bar samples completed a 120 kg bend/break load test with no damage, while aluminum flat-bar samples completed a 150 kg bend/break load test with no damage. These results apply to the tested samples and setups; final acceptance criteria are confirmed for each product design.

Material selection should follow the product target rather than a single “best” material. Carbon fiber is suited to lightweight, stiff, performance-focused systems; fiberglass can provide a practical balance of durability and cost; G10 is useful for selected wings and structural components where machinability and impact resistance are important.
