A professional glassfiber, carbon fiber composites surfing product factory.
Unity Sports is a composite water-sports manufacturer founded in 2012. We focus on complete hydrofoil systems and components, foil boards, paddles, protective covers, and custom carbon-fiber products for brands, wholesalers, and distributors.
Our 24,000 m² facility has 27 presses, 2 autoclaves, and 20 CNC machines. More than 120 employees support composite molding, machining, finishing, inspection, sewing, and packing, with staffing adjusted for seasonal production demand.
We support OEM, ODM, private-label, and dedicated-mold projects. Customers can customize dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, logos, and packaging.

Yes, we can do that. The processes as following below for your reference.
Firstly, sending us your design includes the files and sign a confidentiality agreement.
Secondly, we will do the assessment about cost.
Thirdly, set up the moulds
Fourthly, producing a sample for testing。
Fifthly, start a trail order or bulk order.
Sending us the Logo file and tell us where it will be, and then we will produce the sample after your confirmation.
Sample production normally takes 7–21 days after the specification, material, and design are confirmed. Tooling time is quoted separately for dedicated-mold projects.
Bulk production normally takes 30–60 days, depending on the product, materials, tooling, quantity, and approval requirements.
