Unitysports Carbon Foil Board Advantages
Hard & strong but lighter, our hydrofoil carbon board is made of new composite carbon technology. It is much lighter than traditional carbon fiber boards, but just as hard.
Aerospace-grade, high-density core materials have better hydrophobicity and stable performance.
Produced by mold pressing technology, with this process, the precision of the board is very high. The error can be controlled to 0.01 mm.

Carbon Fiber Construction
We utilize prepreg carbon fiber available in multiple modulus grades: T700, T800, M40, M46. We combine unidirectional and twill weave carbon fiber. Ply layup is fully customized per your needs, and our engineers help assess structural performance.
Core Materials
We adopt high-performance PMI foam as our primary core material. It features excellent heat resistance and will not suffer secondary foaming during manufacturing. Alternative core materials can be supplied upon your custom requirements.
Compression Molding
Our high-temperature compression molding works without an autoclave. It achieves precise dimensions matching your 3D models, smooth surface finish and stable mass production consistency. Suitable for small-size foil boards including wakefoil, kite foil and pumping boards.
