Production and Quality Control
Our production resources include 20 CNC machines and testing equipment for structural, fatigue, hardness, suspended-load or tensile, and salt-spray verification. In our material and process verification, an aluminum flat-bar sample completed a 150 kg bend/break load test with no damage. The applicable checks and acceptance criteria are confirmed for each project.
Public-mold products can start from MOQ 1. Fully custom projects do not have a standard minimum quantity when the customer approves the required tooling cost. Typical sample lead time is 7–21 days and mass-production lead time is 30–60 days.
