Unity Sports manufactures custom composite foil boards for brands, distributors and wholesalers. We support OEM, ODM, private-label and dedicated-mold projects using high-temperature compression molding, prepreg carbon fiber or fiberglass, and high-density foam cores.

Our foil-board programs are developed around the agreed balance of weight, stiffness, durability, finish and target cost. Material selection, core structure and carbon or fiberglass layup are reviewed against the board geometry and intended foil application.
In our foil-board body fatigue test, the test board completed 300,000 load cycles at 80 kgf with no damage. Available quality verification also includes dimensional and visual inspection, structural or break testing, waterproof testing, hardness testing, suspended-load or tensile testing, and UV testing according to the agreed product requirements.

We manufacture composite hard boards specifically for hydrofoil applications. Supported directions include wing foil boards, wake foil boards, kite foil boards, pump foil boards, prone foil boards and SUP foil boards.
Projects can use carbon fiber, fiberglass or a combined composite construction with a suitable high-density foam core. The final material system, curing process, dimensions, foil-mount interface and finish are confirmed from the design and performance requirements.
We are not positioning this service for conventional surfboards or unrelated board categories.

Carbon Fiber Construction
We utilize prepreg carbon fiber available in multiple modulus grades: T700, T800, M40, M46. We combine unidirectional and twill weave carbon fiber. Ply layup is fully customized per your needs, and our engineers help assess structural performance.
Core Materials
We adopt high-performance PMI foam as our primary core material. It features excellent heat resistance and will not suffer secondary foaming during manufacturing. Alternative core materials can be supplied upon your custom requirements.
Compression Molding
Our high-temperature compression molding works without an autoclave. It achieves precise dimensions matching your 3D models, smooth surface finish and stable mass production consistency. Suitable for small-size foil boards including wakefoil, kite foil and pumping boards.

How to Custom Foilboard?
Our foil-board customization workflow covers inquiry, design review, material and tooling assessment, sample production, quality verification and controlled mass production. Public-mold products can start from MOQ 1. For a fully custom board, there is no standard minimum quantity when the customer approves the required mold or tooling cost.
Typical sample lead time is 7–21 days and mass-production lead time is 30–60 days, depending on design complexity, materials, tooling status, testing requirements and order quantity.
