Our manufacturing capabilities include CNC shaping, thermal foam compression molding, hand lay-up, and autoclave curing (especially for large-sized boards).

1. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we offer samples for quality evaluation and testing. Sample cost will depend on the board type and materials. For customized designs, a development fee may apply. Sample cost can be refunded upon bulk order confirmation.

Absolutely! We support full customization, including:

3. How do you control the quality?
We have a dedicated QC team and multi-step inspection process, including:
Raw material inspection
In-process checks during layup, lamination, molding

4. How do you pack the kiteboards for shipment?
Each board is wrapped with bubble film and packed in a strong carton. For bulk shipments, boards are loaded with reinforced outer boxes or palletized to ensure safety during transportation.
